Chicos London – Umrah Giveaway

1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted solely by Chicos London (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Entrants must hold British citizenship or a valid visa permitting residence and travel from the United Kingdom without restriction.

Employees of the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway, including immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Internet access, a valid email address, telephone number, and an active Instagram and/or TikTok account are required to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on 18 February and closes at 23:59 on the final day of Ramadan (last fast, not Eid day).
Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:

• Have a valid Instagram and/or TikTok account

• Like the official giveaway post

• Comment on the post and tag three friends

• Follow @chicos_london

• Complete the official entry form via the link provided

Only entries that complete all steps will be considered valid.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

The prize consists of a fully paid Umrah trip for one winner and one additional guest, which includes:

• Return flights

• Hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah

• Transfers

• Umrah visas (subject to eligibility and valid British passports)

Any additional costs, upgrades, personal expenses, special requests, or services not expressly included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winner will be offered two available travel date options selected by Chicos London and must choose one. All travel dates will take place before Ramadan 2027. Travel is subject to availability and operational requirements, and the Promoter reserves the right to amend travel arrangements if necessary.

The winner and their guest must be able to travel on the selected dates and must hold passports that are less than 10 years old with a minimum of six months’ validity remaining after the return date.

Any changes requested by the winner after confirmation may incur additional charges, which must be paid in full before bookings are finalised.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries that have completed all entry requirements.

The draw will take place after the giveaway has ended, and the winner will be announced on 22 March.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry.

If the winner does not respond within 72 working hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Travel Responsibility

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, insurance, and religious requirements necessary to perform Umrah.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability to travel due to personal circumstances, documentation issues, or failure to meet travel requirements.

9. Use of Personal Data and Marketing Communications

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

By submitting an entry, participants also opt in to receive general newsletters and marketing communications from Chicos London. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting the Promoter directly.

Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of what is necessary to fulfil the prize and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

10. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner may also be asked to provide a testimonial or participate in promotional content related to the giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues

• Travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to airline issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events

12. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.

By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
